I have 47 people on my caseload at work now that my team is down to 6 of us...it takes so long to hire ppl :( It is trying to say the least and I feel just exhausted, both body and mind, at the end of the day.

...oh, and that wasn't styrofoam that I ingested...it was "pieces" in my vitamin drink I have in the morning. They look like styrofoam and I was drinking out of a styrofoam cup. My mistake.
